Sr2FeMoO6–δ single-phase samples without Fe/Mo cations superstructural ordering (P) and with Curie temperature 407 K were obtained by the solid-phase technique. According to XRD data, growth dynamics of parameter P is nonlinear. In this case, process reaching maximum values (Pmax) long its rate several times lower than change oxygen index 6–δ. It was found that increasing isothermal annealing, increases reaches maximal 88 % at T = 1320 for 120 h, Pmax 92 1420 100 while 90 1470 45 h. One can assume are due influence thermal energy on destruction chain Fe Mo placed in staggered order.
